Refund / Return policy

At Flickcartel, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.





Returns



We accept returns only under the following conditions:


  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition



To request a return, please contact us at support@flickcartel.in with:


  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue






Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)






Refunds



Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:


  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable



For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.





Replacements



If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.





Cancellation Policy



  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible






Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received your refund yet:


  • Check your bank or payment provider
  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
